Please read these terms carefully before using One Visioon.

These Terms of Use describe the rules for using One Visioon. By using the app or website, creating an account, signing in with Apple, purchasing Premium, or using community features, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
## App Purpose
One Visioon is a Bible reading, study, discipleship, reflection, and community-support app. It provides Scripture reading tools, Greek study tools, notes, highlights, lessons, guided growth features, and optional community features.
## Not Professional Advice
One Visioon is provided for spiritual education and personal reflection. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. If you are in danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or considering harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services immediately.
## Accounts And Security
The app uses Sign in with Apple where account sign-in is available. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and account access secure. Do not share content that exposes another person's private information.
## Privacy And Consent At Sign-In
When you sign in with Apple, One Visioon displays links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By continuing, you acknowledge that your use of the app is governed by both documents. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be stored locally, what may sync through Supabase when cloud sync is configured, and how to request account or data deletion.
## Subscriptions
One Visioon Premium is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system as an auto-renewable yearly subscription displayed as $3/month, billed yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews yearly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
## Refunds
Purchases, refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and App Store settings. One Visioon does not receive your full payment-card details.
## Community Conduct
If you use community, chat, profile, or posting features, you agree not to post harassment, threats, hate, explicit sexual content, spam, illegal content, private information about others, or content that encourages self-harm or violence. One Visioon may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users or comply with law.
## User Content
You keep ownership of notes, reflections, posts, and profile content you create. You give One Visioon permission to store, display, sync, and process that content as needed to operate the app and provide the features you use.
## Bible And Study Content
Bible translations and original-language resources remain subject to their respective copyrights, licenses, and attribution requirements. Do not copy or redistribute app content in a way that violates those rights.
## Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the One Visioon Privacy Policy at https://unovisioon.com/privacy-policy.
## Account And Data Deletion
You can initiate account and data deletion from the Account screen in the app or by emailing support@unovisioon.com. Local device data can be cleared in-app. Cloud deletion requests are processed by support because server-side account deletion must be performed securely.
## Availability And Changes
The app is provided as available. Features, content, prices, and availability may change over time. Terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change.
